Ripped in 48hrs

They're made like **** ripped I'm not even 3 days... horrible quality. Bought them from vans in the mall

Non-existent delivery, awful service

Once I placed my order and checked tracking, seeing Yodel was a massive red flag straight off the bat. They didn’t attempt to get in the building, left no missed delivery note and sent the package back to Vans. From there I checked the online portal and it said the shoes would be delivered the following Monday as Yodel don’t deliver on the weekend (Odd). However, to my surprise, the vans portal said it had been delivered on the weekend, which I knew was incorrect as there no sign of the parcel. Called the customer service line and the bloke was very rude and snarky laughing at the situation. He said the website stated the date that the shoes were delivered back to Vans, not to me, even though it clearly said delivered and handed to customer lol. Shocking from start to finish can’t get the shoes I wanted and If I want to buy them again they are now full price. Won’t be ordering from Vans ever again, I think the fact they use Yodel sums they up.

Don't make a mistake

Ordered a pair of shoes online and accidentally sent them to an old address. Company could not cancel or change order so I am just out the money. Not the best company policy to have. I do not see why they have no control over changing or canceling an order.

Amazon Customer Service

I recently took my granddaughter shopping for school shoes at Seattle Premium Outlet in Tulalip. Within minutes of us entering the store, Mateo asked if we needed help and if we understood the sale details. After explaining them to us, he volunteered to also search the backroom if we didn't see our size. Joe saw my eleven year granddaughter looking at shoes and offered HER his assistance in finding her anything. Both of these Van's associates were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend Tulalip Van's to anyone who wears shoes. Great deals. BEST customer service.

I ordered 3 different t shirts from the website and all the shirts were really long and awkward fitting so I had to spend even more money taking them to get fitted. Do yourself a favor and purchase clothing elsewhere

Ordered 3 items 12 days ago, delivery was meant to be 5-7 days. Vans tracking states its with Yodel and Yodel states it is with Vans?! I HATE Yodel from previous experiences of them being god awful, but this is beyond a joke, how can a company as large as this one fail on such a fundamental part of your business?

My partner placed an order in the sale and it was just cancelled, item still in stock online, refund not yet received and absolutely no explanation as to why the order has been cancelled?

Safe to say I won't be purchasing from Vans online store again, steer clear if you want your order fulfilled/items delivered on time or refunds given in a timely manner... what a JOKE

UPDATE - order was lost in transit. So two unfulfilled orders to my household, I was told to just place it again?

terrible returns process

vans has a nice selection of shoes, however the sizes ordered seemed small. I ordered the correct sizes but they were tiny. What's worse is Its hell trying to go through the returns process online. I swear they purposely make it difficult so that you just give up and don't bother to return. System runs slow, there are loads of pop ups then it wont provide you with a QR code or barcode for return you have to print the return label. they don't even email you a copy you have to print it there and then . so frustrating.. i'll probably have to wait weeks for the refund too.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Was looking at some black pants online found it in the store can you believe the style of the same pants , lrg vs xlrg was completely opposite material was different stitching different length and size. I took pictures. They even scuffed up my white vans the pants were back. Emailed customer service, was told they can't help me, no coupon nothing but you can take them back and Buy some stuff to clean your shoes, gtfo! OH they got taken back I clean my own shoes, and vans and your quality control as much as yall charge you never try to work things out with your customers
yall suck ass! Worst ever customer service Won't purchase your product again.
